Restaurants and Bar
Gastronomy will be put on show by restaurants and related businesses, mostly members of AGAR. They will work together as a team to provide the 4th Gastronomy Festival of Arequipa the maximum variety of local and modern dishes: typical cuisine, novoandina, seafood, Peruvian-Chinese dishes and other international fusions.

Our city's most representative catering institutes will participate to present their training programmes and courses related to the culinary arts.
Suppliers of food and drinks - Arequipa
Healthy and flavourful food can be obtained only by using high-quality and healthy raw materials. Our region's most representative producers of these, and those who supply the city's best restaurants, will support this event by displaying their products and offering samples for tasting (sausages, cheeses, bread, sweetmeats, spirits, wines and other products).
The festival is to be held at the Centro de Convenciones Cerro Juli s/n, in the district of José Luís Bustamante y Rivero between Thursday 20th October and Sunday 23th October, 2011. This venue was chosen as it has the technical facilities the organization requires. It also offers all the necessary services, a generous capacity, and ease of access from the city centre.
